It’s best to arrive at the Chapel early.

Young Chinese Dulwich College boarders

The two schools’ cadets stood to attention for The Last Post, the Two Minute Silence and Reveille, this year played by a corps of trumpeters from Dulwich College.

Then wreaths were laid by the Head pupils of the three Foundation Schools, the Commanding Officers of the two Cadet Forces and others.

The Dulwich War Memorial with its wreaths as the Foundation Schools’ Chaplain says prayers.

A simple tribute to a soldier, fallen at the Somme.

Lest we forget.
